you need to protect 3 things-yoour body, face and hair
for your body use a spray sunscreeen , because it will cover more and is way faster, coppertone has a high spf one thts continuos and no rub, and a waterproof one before you go swimming
for ur face i would use a high spf foundation, moisturizer or powder, neutrogena healthy glow sheers is gd for foundation, almay has a gd moisturizer, covergirl has a gd powder
for hair, use a leave in conditioner and a heat protectant, redken has areally gd one , i forgot the name
****remember to always put on sunscreen at least 15 minutes before exposing urself 2 the sun and reapply after swimming or using a towel because sunscreen will rub off on the towel****

for body use nivea whitening sunscreen in spf 50!
and face. use neutrogena dry touch sunblock. spf 55
its amazing non sticky and hydrates skin well.
for added protection wear a hat or cary umbrella!

well, i LOVE Nuetrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock. it's sheer, works great, isn't oily, and smells good! plus, it won't run into your eyes.it dries real quick
