CAN it? Yes, it is physically possible for a squirrel to eat an M&M with Peanuts. SHOULD it? No! Squirrels should really only eat items that would be found in a forest and have not been manufactured. I had a friend who fed a squirrel some candy and ended up killing it. Please do not feed and squirrels M&M's.

bad idea. i wouldn't feed any animal chocolate.
