Not a good idea. When the grounds reach the larger drain pipes, they will fall to the bottom and start a clog. Use them in your garden instead of your plumbing.

It is a major problem. Coffee grounds tend to clog drains. I use an old coffee can next to my sink to collect the grounds.

No environmental issue, but you can expect to get a clogged drain sooner or later.

Not such a good idea. Remember, it is a disposal, not a dispose-all. Not everything is suppose to go down the drain.

No issues at all and it's actually good for the drain. It kills a lot of odors.
