Their lives revolve around transformers (lol) so I really want to take them, but its rated PG-13 and I'm not sure about the content.

Does the movie have alot of foul language? or is it rated PG-13 just because of the intense action?

I'm not worried about them liking it, being interested etc. We take them to see movies all the time, they are quieter than the adults in the theatre...lol. Besides, they LOVE transformers, and this movie is all they have been talking about! I just wanted to be sure is wasn't too vulgar or violent. Thanks for all your responses so far.

yes you should, but the movie does have some foul language, and innapropriate talk(masturbating)

Take them! I remember when I was around that age my parents would let me watch some rated "PG-13" movies! I loved them for that! If you do the same for your kids I'm sure they'll love you for that and enjoy the movie!

I took my 5 year old daughter, who has never seen Transformers, and she loved it. She also loves action movies like Jurassic Park, Jaws, and King Kong. Some say she's abnormal. I think she's just right.

well uness u are sure that they will not disturb the other people. cuz the 3rd time i went to go see pirates 3. these girl were sittting a few rows behind us and they were about maybe 8 or 9.. they were obviously not into it. lol.
so if u are sure that they will sit through it and be respectful i would say yea

im sure is just because of the action. take them.the people who rate movies r stupid.they rate movies pg 13 just because of action.
