After I ate lunch, the pain doubled. Then I vomit.Until now, pain on my belly comes and go and cannot eat well.As if, all that I eat is not accepted by my stomach. What should I do? please help.thank you

We are not doctors. Even a doctor may not be able to answer your ? without an examination. Don't go by what you get here. If it's serious enough to ask about, it's serious enough to see the doc. Besides, he may prescribe physical therapy to get it over with.

no it is not bad thing to do, but try just walking and light sit ups and donot push your self. but it sound like some thing else is wrong you could have a bad stomach or a herna on it or something else. I would see a doctor about it.....It is okay to do sit up because I gave brith that way also.

You need to see the dr. With lots of pain and then vomiting, your digestive system is involved. I don't like it.
