I think there's one near the I-81 interchange - across the street from a Perkins.

476, or the "Blue Route" is just a connector between I-95 and I-76. There aren't any truck stops on 476 because of its short distance.

If you go north on 476, the Northeast Extension of the turnpike, there is a service area near Quakertown. I fyou go south, the Blue Route, there is a large shopping center with restaurant near Villanova. Farther down is Springfield, plenty there also.
