If by clever you mean
devious and manipulative
yes, some are.
If you mean intelligent
that has not been proven.
What has been proven however,
is that women do have the
capability to be more focused
in learning situations,
such as school.
Why? Simple,
unlike many of us
they aren't distracted
by women
(well....some aren't).

Oh and don't pay mind to all
the egos
critizing your grammer.
It's actually a good device to
see who is more interested
in answering your question
and who is simply here
to self-aggrandize
themselves.

"Clever" people argue about the definition of intelligence. Whilst the argument about organized behaviour is raging, others are far ahead of the game and have simply found their own attributes for " it ".

It depends if you're a man or a woman because "cleverer" isn't a word. Even if it were, women couldn't be "more cleverer."

Women lack the physical strength of men. So being cunning and using there powers of seduction is just natural.

No. Unless the average man asks dumb questions like this in an attempt to have his intelligence insulted, no. Oh, and it's "more clever".
