Yeah, i think you have to be 14 and its a moped license I think.

Well, since you didn't tell us what state, the answer here is based on Washington state.

The bike shown there would be considered a moped. You need to be a licensed driver to operate on the streets, however you do not require a special (motorcycle) license.

In the state of IL, you need a valid driver's license, but not a motorcycle license.

No you don't need a motorcycle license. but you do have to be at least 16 to use it on the street.
