A half-bath usually only contains a commode and a sink - no shower or bath tub. I'm not sure what a half-kitchen is.

Half bath here in the North & South East US means a sink and a toilet, no shower. A full bath includes the sink or shower. When we lived in CA years ago they called the bathroom with the shower a 3/4 bath.
A half kitchen may be a term for a kitchenette area with a fridge, sink and microwave and possibly a dishwasher. No cooking stove or range or oven. You find these in in-law and au pair suites in single family homes.

A half bath will not have a tub or a shower. It will have a sink and a commode. Half kitchens is a new term for me. It could mean that you only have the sink and a refrigerator.

well ... a half bathroom is a handsink & toilet .... I have never heard of a half kitchen - in order to qualify as a kitchen, a room requires a sink, stive and refrigerator
and 2 half bathrooms would still = 2 half bathrooms!

No, it means that you have 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. A 1/2 bath usually only has a toilet and a sink. I have now idea what a "1/2 kitchen" is - maybe one without a stove??

1/4 bath is a sink and commode, or sometimes called a mud room if inside the garage door to the house. 1/2 bath is a shower, sink, commode--no tub. A tub, shower, commode and sink is a full bath.
1/2 kitchen is a mystery to me.
