EA sports went around acquiring sports rights, like baseball and football. ESPN could make a football game, but they'd have to use made up players or risk being sued by EA.

ESPN is making a football game it come out on the 16th of this month it look pretty awesome go to the link below and check out some of it graphics and what it has to offer...offhand i can tell you it going to have veterans players and some made up player to fill up your roster but as far as game play it should be pretty smooth!!! it come out a day earlier than the ncaa 08!!!!
