I think it's kind of a silly question. Of course no one lives each day as if it were their last. If they did, no one would ever go to work, pay bills, exercise, eat healthy, etc.

I don't think that I will change a thing, for I am living my life as if tomorrow never comes.
I don't want to live a life for today that includes any enemies for the Lord says in His Word "as far as it concerns yourself, live at peace with all? Not to say that everybody will necessary be my friend but I will love them with the love of Jesus meaning that I will accept them for who they are. I won't necessary agree with all, but I will make up my mind to agree to disagree.
Tonight when I go to sleep, I think of the day and know that if Jesus could come back during the night, then I must be ready to meet my Savior. I pray and repent of all know sins and unknown sins and asked for forgiveness and accept His forgiveness.
Yes I do live my life as if it is the last day on earth for tomorrow is promised to no one.

I would get up very early - eat a hearty breakfast (whiskey on my porridge). Rum and Coffe at 1100 hrs. Fish and Chips for lunch. Afternoon tea at Harrods. A 5 course evening meal, washed down with bottles of wine. Spend the night with 5 women and a crate of Viagra. The following morning I assume my Doctor would give me just 4 minutes to live !!
What would I do ? BOIL AN EGG.

I am not sure that I would change how I lived. Maybe more vocal about my love of my family. More expressive of my opinions. But would do the same work and the same things.

If somebody really lives each day as if it was their last, that person would act in a manner that shows no responsibilities at all. He/she would act in a manner that considered no consequences.
Though it would most likely be different for each person, as to their personality, and what their values are.
