If you are irregular there is no way for you to calculate when your period will come...

But my advice to you is to make sure you write down on a calendar when you get your period, and when it stops. Do that for several months and then see if there is a pattern of a certain number of days between periods, and if there is an average number of days they go for. If there is than you can use those numbers to predict when the period will come and how long they will go for.

If they are not regular though, don't fret they might regulate and if not than you are definitely not alone in having irregular periods - many women's periods NEVER regulate.

It all depends on your age and how long you have had them for...

Take care and see a gyno if you think there's something up with your cycle [I.e. mine changed dramatically a few months ago].

I heard you count 28 days, including the day you first start. Then that will be the day you have your next period. Example: You start your period on July 1st-28 days later you start again on....July 28th. I have always used this formula and it's pretty accurate. Sometimes though if I am stressing out or something is going on in my life I will start late, so it's normal to be irregular once in a while.

Hope this helps!

If it is irregular, there is no way to calculate it. You can only estimate.

The frequency 20/11 or about 1.81. Your period is the inverse 11/20 or .55seconds. The amplitude is then equal to 11cm.

If it is irregular, there is no way to know (for sure) when it will come.
