The boy, if the other is a girl, or the older one if they're the same sex. (If the twins are girls and then have a younger brother, he'll be heir.)

Twins have the minute and hour of their birth entered on their records (as do triplets, quads and quins). One of them would be older than the other.
The issue which keeps being raised is whether it is right to continue with the present system whereby the eldest boy is heir apparent to the throne, regardless of how many older sisters he might have. This would be a good opportunity to decide the matter for once and for all, as certain other European royal families have done.

What would be a great question to ask is what if Prince William's future wife gives birth, and has to deliver by ceasarian?
The doctor(s) would have to decide which one to take out of the womb first, thereby locking in which one is the "first born".
No doubt, there would be someone who is an expert in royal succession present at the birth.
Although, it would be nice if Prince William himself would be present at the birth, and pull one of the babies out of the womb himself.

Who ever comes first or as told by the doctor to have arrived first will be first in line to the brittish throne. So it will depend on the doctor.

Even with twins, there is a firstborn, and a second born. The one to come out first will be first in line to the throne, even if he precedes his brother by only a few seconds.

Easy answer: the first born(first out of the womb) son gets precedence, otherwise it's the first girl child born.Twins do not come out of the womb at the same time;one is always born first.

Twins are not born at exactly the same time, the older one will be Heir/heiress unless its a male/female pair in which case the Male twin will be the heir whether he's older or younger than his sister.

And I hope their first child will be a masculine child. but seriously. the first born will be heir. Twins are born like 2 minutes apart. So the first one would be heir. The second one would be too late. that's fate.

No - its the firstborn who succeeds the throne even if there is only a minute seperating their births. Even if she had a caesarean one child would be born before the other.

If they are the same sex, the older of the two would be next in line. However if they're one of each sex, the boy would be next in line, regardless if he was born first or not. And if they were two girls, the oldest would be next in line, until she had a brother born, then he would replace her in the line of succession.
