You won't hurt him. Especially if he's been like that for a while.. I think you should wait for him to initiate everything the first time.. Go with the flow and after everything is said and done, then ask him... If you are comfortable with him ask him what could have been different and what would make it better for the next time.. He's a regular ol' guy, just different ways of doing things.. Don't treat him any different than you would anyone else... Just talk it over with him.

Just because he may look a little different doesnt mean that he is fragile. I say if you are ready to make the next step that go for it!! Being a little different does not put any restrictions on what a person is capable of doing, I am sure that he will be flattered that you would not treat him any differently, in a sexual way, than if he did have all of his appendages. Take control and go for it.

Since you have known each other for years; just communicate and be honest with him. He will appreciate your openness. Two other things that help are creativity and a sense of humor. If something doesn't work one way then try it a different way. Be patient and willing to laugh at yourselves. If something goes wrong it's not the end of the world. Take your time and enjoy each other.

I have been in wheelchairs and on crutches and I've made love while in both situations and what I can tell you is that making love with a person who has one leg isn't that much different than making love with a two legged one if you use your imagination and if you ask him what makes him feel good. He'll help you find what's best for both of you. It will make for a meaningful relationship.

I think you are worried about something that's not a problem this guy has more than likely has it all worked out don't treat this encounter as if you are holding a expensive china doll just enjoy the moment if you hurt him you will be the second person to know it he'll be the first

You are not going to hurt him. Unless you bite down too hard or are into s&m or bondage.
Think of it like approaching a stray cat. talk nice, move slowly, pet gently, kiss softly, lick vigorously (cats need bathes) and mount carefully (big cats). I'm sorry, this is a very difficult analogy, but if you keep it in mind you won't have a problem. You might laugh a little, but you won't have a problem.

I dont think you shouldnt worry about hurting him,I mean if you do have sex with him, the feeling will overwhelm him that he'll forget about his missing leg and he'll just enjoy having sex. I cant say how long its been since he's had some, but by the sound of it it seems like its been a while. Give it to him.

Wow! Good for you!
Kissing and snuggling are good. See if you can get him out of the chair and laying down. (Sure is complicated, I see what you mean.)
Even Tony Soprano made love to a one legged woman (So did Paul McCartney probably)...signs that attitudes about disabled folks are easing up.
I'll bet he welcomes the intimacy.
I wish you the best!

If you both know it's coming, i'd just look him in the eye one night and say, "Well, you going to help me figure this out or should i just go find a book on the subject?"

Just take your time and have fun with it, and it will all work out the way it's supposed to...
