I would agree that you throw it and get a new one. The urine will have soaked through the thick layers of the mattress and although you might remove the stain from the outside cover it will still be in the filling.
If there is any danger of this sort of accident recurring put a waterproof cover over the new matress before using it.

If its urine stained, its possibly also infected with bed bugs and other microscopic insects. I would seriously consider replacing.

Sprinkle baking powder on the wet stain to soak it up, then vaccum it off

see if you can still buy napisan mix with warm water this was used to soak nappies before the day of the disposable ones and trust me it works boots or mothercare should sel it
