Will my bike pass its MOT if it has a small crack underneath the light, but not affecting the light at all, but meaning the panel is a little loose.

Also, I have sprayed the exhaust, meaning you can no-longer the the stamp on it.. (After-market exhaust) .

Will these things still pass through an MOT.

Thanks.

Providing the light is secure and does not wobble, should be OK.

The exhaust regulations for the MOT have been altered so there is no longer a need for an approval stamp.

It is at the discretion of the tester to decide if the noise etc is suited to the type of machine being tested.

The light (if the crack is in the lens itself) and the exhaust should both technically fail the MOT test.

In the USA, a bike won't pass with any broken or cracked lenses.
Probably the same in your country.
I wouldn't know about the exhaust.
We don't usually check for the stamp, because aftermarket pipes don't have them.
That law is eventually going to change.
