Their is no best color combination of hair and eyes however if I had to choose I would choose dark hair with blue eyes I think it looks the most exotic.

I am naturally blond with blue eyes but have been dying my hair dark brown for a few years. I have been getting more compliments since I have been dying my hair dark with blue eyes.
In guys I like dark hair and bright green eyes.

I think dark hair and light eyes is awesome. The blond/blue eyed thing is soooo overrated! The beauty is in the contrast.
