and for the people saying the US, I'm not bashing the country but we;re nothing for culture - the country has only existed for a couple hundred years. I think the only place you would get history is AZ, NM... etc for the native americans, but none of that is even intact from how we force them to live---

For me it would be the Philippines.
Heathcare here is cheaper there than there in the United States.
Financial Security is also great here. You should be wise in making choices because people can take advantage of that.
The people here are very friendly. You could see smiles everywhere. I went to Singapore for vacation and the people there are so serious and very much plain so i could say that Filipinos like to smile a lot and that makes a difference.
Culture here is really intact. If you go to provinces there are so many things that you can see and learn.
The climate here is really humid.

Canada for most US people ... personally I love France and the people are friendly to those who don't act like they came from the alleged greatest country in the world
