i own a 2001 Nissan almera the Mulfunction light keeps coming on due to broken sensor. it is expensive to replace and to keep resetting the computer. can i reset it myself?

disconnect the battery for 15secs, reconnect, but it will just keep coming on till repairs are made, cover the light with a piece of tape if it is bothering you, have a good one

Depending on what sensor it is that has malfunctioned, it may be cheaper to replace the sensor than to pay for the extra fuel the car may use while it is not fully functional.
You cannot easily reset the system - it will keep finding the same fault until the fault is repaired.
