Just wondered if it was any good as it hasnt had great reviews?

Yes, I saw it last night. I don't know why they called it Hostel 2, it's no follow up at all. It's just females that do the same as the males in the first one. The stories just the same but girls instead. You would think the guy who survived the first one would have a good part in the second, trying to stop whats going on, and find someone who's not involved, to close the place down, and miraculously save everyone. But the poor guy gets his head chopped off after 10 minutes. It's boring as you know whats going to happen next.

I saw hostel 1 and wanted to cry it was so bad. Hostel 2 is basically a gender reversal of the same story. I watched it for about 25 minutes then went and cursed at the misses for making me lose 25 minutes of my life. I'll never get those back!!

Yes and I completely agree with it winning that award. They should also pull the commercials for false advertising "Most shocking ending in horror movie history" or whatever the hell they say yeah right. I want my $10 and hour and a half of my life back Eli Roth. And to think Quentin Tarantino was behind this film. What is the world coming too?

My neice watched it and said it was the same as hostel 1 except with different actors!

I saw Hostel2. For me it was more gory than anything else. I'd never seen the first one but the scenes were predictable. The plot was sufficiently elaborate for a movie that depicts people killing and dieing in elaborate ways. At one point I laughed.

if hostel 2 is as shoddy and un-scary as the first one was i wouldn't waste 2 and a half hours of my time.

yes same as hostel 1 except its women being tortured and not men, great revenge story though.

i have... its a short movie with lots of grossness... if you liked the first one you will like the 2nd one even more...because you dont see the ending coming at all!

yes, i have seen it and it was quite good (if u like that kind of film) and even more gruesome than the first one.
