it is just over a year old, came home yesterday all food was defrosting and fridge side not cold, it is running can feel air coming out but isn't doing it's job, any suggestions?

Sounds like either the thermostat(called a cold control by the refrigeration trade) or the compressor has bitten the dust. If it's only a year old I'd go back to the seller for a warranty adjustment! Good luck! ;-)=

Tough luck! I would try cleaning any dust from the back and underside of the refrigerator before you call in a service man. Especially if it isn't still under warranty.

If the compressor is not running, you probably have an electical control problem. Check the thermostat or relay.

It should be under warranty. Most likely, a freon leak or a defective compressor. good luck.

you need a repairman -- would guess it to be that the
compressor isn't working, or more likely , the coolant has
leaked out (very small pinhole in one of the lines could
be the culpret)
