comercial freezer-defrost mode------ice builds up on floor an i dont want it too --what can i do to stop it ?

freezer is set at -10 deg. on 6 overhead units,only 4 units go into a defrost cycle that form ice on the floor , other 2 units form a frost on the overhead brackets but have not become a problem.building and all units along with all wireing and pipeing are less than 1 year old. help !!!

I would contact the manufacturer and inform them about the problem. You may also contact the installer and inform them also. good luck.
