For those who do, is there any particular reason for that?

I do. Even with no air conditioning on, I feel cold at night. Plus it's just a "comfort" issue. I like to be covered.

I always use blankets, even though I live in South Florida and it's 90+ degrees outside. I like the blankets pulled up to my chin. I've been sleeping that way since I was a little girl, and it's the only way I feel cozy.

I use blankets in the summer because I dont get as warm as most people do.

No, just a top sheet. I don't even put a blanket on my bed in the summer!!!

Yes, my wife likes to blast the A/C (78 degrees) so that she can cover up with comforters. She says it's a very cozy feeling and I can agree with that. It's either that or freeze my toesies off!

I sleep on top of the bed some nights w/a throw for cover if it gets chilly.
