I have a gas grill but nothing beets charcoal!

I have gas, but I use charcoal the most. Tomorrow will be racks of ribs on a spit above charcoal in the ground.

I prefer gas cause its convenient but charcoal probably has best taste.

gas is convenient and burns at an even temp, but you cant beat the taste of charcoal.

charcoal, if your using gas you might as well just cook it on the stove

Charcoal...I burn the sh*t out of food when I cook with gas..
