haha - I never thought I did until recently - I was talking on the phone and I was doing that on the phone.... I found myself doing it every day and just like 2 weeks ago on the phone, I was trying to explain how big something was over the phone so I held up my hands and was like "it is this long!" the person on the other line was like "did you just hold up your hands to show me how big it was?" it was funny.

I used to but as a member of my Toastmasters club, I've learnt to only use it when necessary. I guess it is a habit and it is pretty normal!

Yes, and I hate it I picked it up from my hubby and I get so annoyed when he does it. He even talks with his hands while driving. EWWW! That really Irks me.

yeah i do because ..well it kinda keeps conversation interesting and i guess it helps one's confidence in talking,it also shows u r not stiff and boring and u definately into what ure talking about and also somehow know what u're talking about.
