I gotta go with the Jews. As an African-American, yes we have endured a lot. But, African-Americans are a fairly new "group" of people. The Jews have been around for thousands of years and have endured thousands of years of strife. Most notably strife concerning their temple. African-Americans of the last two decades, have in fact caused more problems for ourselves than being screwed over, by and large. At some point we will need to get out of our own way and expand "the talented tenth" as Dubois noted.

Jews control over 90% of the worlds wealth. Palestinians keep screw themselves on a daily basis. Tibetans have been systematically too weak to defend themselves. Native Americans got screwed on their land but otherwise are a strong group. Africans cant seem to get out of their own way. Thus i would say they have all been given ample chances.

overall in history the biggest group would be jewish because of the pogams in russia, eastern europe, and the nazi genocide
In the new world native americans for sure they lost everything to land grabbing europeans and lost a lot of the culture and populations to slavery and diseases
Palestians NOT ...you can't fix their problem only they can. most of their problems are a result of poor leadership by their elders.
Africians not sure Africian chieftains, tribal leaders and elders sold their own people out and into slavery and some stupid europeans perpetuted slavery into the 19 th century
Glad the human species got beyond that injustice..
now that all of Africa is ruled by Africians any problems in Africa are of their own making. Not on my concience anymore for deeds done in the past..by all of our european ancesters...
Every race of man is has the right to be free and self determine their own future I think the U.N. charter says this
In the modern times I would say the N. Korean, Chinese in mainland China are the most screwed over because of communism....

You missed out Armenians on your list - now there's a story. 3 Million dead, during the first World War. "Africans" is too large a group - Tutsis, from Rwanda, or Biafrans in Nigeria, or Matabele in Zimbabwe would be more appropriate. I'd probably have to vote for the Jews - they have been in some kind of meat-grinder for most of the last 4000 years.

The groups no one cares about to even mention: Gypsies, the Bushmen of Southern Africa, and Australian aboriginals.
(I know I'm sure to get thumb downs for this but Jews have a problem wherever they go, so after a while you have to wonder what is it that they're doing)

I'd say any of the cultures that have been totally wiped out. Close seconds would go to the Jews, Gays and Tibetans.
