bring it out in the open, and make it very awkward for everyone, especially this girl, make sure to single her out.

just ignore the rumor. if anyone comes up to you and says something just say something, "Oh you believed that rumor, especially coming from her, I thought you had a little more common sense than that?" You could even turn it into a joke if any of your guy friends say something like, "Yeah, go on believing her, next thing she'll be saying is that you want to date me." Let people know that if they keep feeding into her rumor spreading, they are likely to get pulled down into it. Good luck.

Ignore it AND her! If you start denying it, people will think it is true. Those closest to you know will know the truth anyway. Eventually she will tire of spreading the rumor.

Don't do anything. Don't freak out, because then she knows she is messing with you. When comfronted about it I would make a joke. If you are secure in your sexuality then don't worry about it. I have had similar rumors started about me, but if they don't bother you then her actions are in vain.

You use the word rumor, I use the word slander! If there is no truth to her slander take her to court, make her pay for her actions in cash!

Im going to be honest to you, its not going to be easy but nothing is impossible. But to can continue to act normal like you do and dont fire up everytime someone brings up the subject just act cool like it doesnt bother you and say" I am not surprized that shes goin around sayin stuff like that, she probably likes me". Despite that fact that I dont like lieing but sometimes you got to do wat you got to do-thats life, so face it with strenght and never surrender to its power!!!!
