Absolutely. Women and girls with Endo also tend to suffer from Candida overgrowth, which may be contributing to the bloating, though the disease can be painful and inflammatory just by itself. Pain with Endo does not need to be cyclic and can occur at any point in the cycle; also, if the ovaries are involved, it would account for the flank pains.

Yes. My pain and bloating started at least a week before my period actually came. Then when my period came, the pain and bloating got so bad it was difficult to walk and stand up straight for a couple of days. My pain was worse on the lower right side of my abdomen.
