I need help . I charged it for 14 hrs. then took it on the road ,then in one minute it died. I dont know whats wrong.
It could be the connector cable or the mp3.

Its a mp3 player and it hard plastic.+ I charged it 4 times.Do you think it dropped then broke some charging part of the mp3 player.Because it fell on my carpet.

there's a limit of charging the battery too. normally 100 times
get them changed

Is it an Ipod? They're famous for battery failure. Contact the store where you bought it and see if there's a warranty on it. Otherwise, you send it back to Apple for repairs, or else get a better mp3 player.

Try formatting it - To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format*
