I have just looked this up on CDConnection.com and it came up with Eartha Kitt.
She is in the Bassey mold. The album is called 'Live at the Cafe Carlyle'.
By the 1980s,Eartha Kitt's career was considered over when the gay community took an interest in her and she released a series of gay hi-energy songs. Topped up her pension plan nicely did the queens.
