Get a list of companies that regularily send employees to France in your field.

Another avenue is to find out if you are eligible for *any* EU citizenship. If a parent or grandparent was born in an EU country, contact the embassy or consulate in question and ask about obtaining nationality. As an EU citizen, you can live and work in France.

Coming here to study is easy...but expensive. Look into temporary work but I'd do that now, not in 3 years. It would improve your French and make it more likely to find another way of coming back in the future.

Bonne chance...

The difficulty will be getting a job.

Unemployment in France is more than twice what it is in the United States. Further, the French are no more willing to let foreigners come to their country and work than are Americans so getting permission to work (the French equivalent of a Green card) is not easy.

For Americans to work in France is tough unless you work for an American company that has business offices in France, then your company could fill out all of the paperwork necessary for you to work in France. Since the USA is not a part of the European community that makes it tough for Americans to work there.
