i get problems dumped on me everyday by friends. they know they can count on me thats why they dump all their crap on me

Friends come to me with problems, but I don't think most of them expect me to solve them, and most of the time I can't solve them. I'll listen and do what I can to help them in any way possible, and they can count on me in that way. My ex-husband expected me to solve all of his problems and that is one of the biggest reasons why I finally asked for a divorce. I'm not a miracle-worker, but I do what I can.

Man i hate to say it because it makes me sound like a bad person but yeah,people do come to me with their problems.Truthfully i dont want to hear about their problems i could care less.I have my own problems to worry about and i dont go pushing them off on other people for help.I have learned that the only person you can count on is yourself and not to whine about it and just do something about it instead of complaining!!! This philosophy has gotten me pretty far in life and it hasnt let me down yet and probably never will!!

My friends and my family all come to me to fix stuff. No matter what it is If something bad happens I'm the first that is called no matter who or what. Most of the times I dont mind But sometimes it will over load me.

No. . . .we all have our own problems and have to solve them for ourselves. My friends come to me for advice and to ventilate frustrations just as I do to them.
