I was considering having testicular implants done to improve the look and performance of my testicles.
Howsoever, I cannot make up my mind as to the size of the implants.
should I get say golf ball size, or would cricket ball size make a bolder statement about how I am feeling right now.
The other thing is, I am quite concerned they will weigh too much following a procedure such as this, and so maybe they can be constructed from a lightweight material such as titanium.
Notwithstanding, I fret that my newfound marbles will cause hassles at the metal detectors at the airport and end up giving me self esteem issues.
By the way, they are normal size at the present time.

I think that if you took the time to write all that info, then you are seriously considering doing, therefore - you should. There are many different options when it comes to choosing testicular implants. When it comes to size, as the old saying goes...'any more than a handful (or a mouthful) is a waste'. Don't worry about the weight, I hear that NASA are currently working on a special material that will be soft to the touch, but tough enough to withstand the most brutal ball bashing. It will be out later this year, so ditch the titanium. This will also take care of your hassels at the airport. Good luck :)
