Here's a REAL answer. You need to remove the doghouse(engine cover) inside the vehicle. A wingnut still holds the top of that air cleaner.While you are in there , good time to change the cap-rotor and wires with new delco parts. You will need a 1/2 inch wrench and a phillips screwdriver to remove doghouse.

In one or other of the two front fender / grille areas (opposite the battery) you will notice a square or rectangular plastic box. There will be four large captive screwdriver screws (straight or Phillips) that allow you to remove the top cover. You will notice the large flat air cleaner facing you. There will be a large formed plastic housing leading back toward the throttle body.
