Funny, all the young ladies in my life seem to like it when I tell them they're wearing a cute pair of shoes or a flattering color. I don't think this makes me particularly flamboyant; and if I'm obnoxious, it's probably not because of the compliments I dole out.
Maybe if you had a gay friend to boost your self-esteem every once in a while, you wouldn't have that perpetual scowl on your face?
