i dont thinks its been decided yet
but i think bowling first will be an advantage due to the condtions.

The match is in Glasgow, Scotland (not England). It has not begun yet (1305 hrs) owing to bad weather. Even the toss has not taken place yet.
UPDATE: 1830 now and the match has defnitely been abandoned.

no way... i think match will be abandond, other wise condition is bowling first will get much chance, cause of moisture.....
