7 * 9 = 63 Same as
7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 = 63 also same as
9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 63

Well you can add 7, 9 times or 9, 7 times which gives you the same answer as 7*9.....

7 x 9 = 63

Remember that all products of multiplication by 9 are such numbers that they add up to 9. Like in this case, 63 = 6 + 3 = 9 and the digit in the tens place will be 1 less than the multiplier. Like 6 is 7 - 1.

You can see:

1 x 9 = 09

2 x 9 = 18

3 x 9 = 27

4 x 9 = 36 .

9 x 9 = 81

10 x 9 = 90

It doesn't work beyond that, though the digits continue to add up to 9.
