The Ctrl+Alt+Delete did'nt work, any possible answer?

Why is this question in zoology? It won't work if the keyboard is locked. Find the reset button and press the same. Or switch off the power to the PC and restart.

just try again and again and remember ctrl and alt then press the delete.

you can press them not simualtainsly but, hold down ctrl and alt, then tap delete

You probably disabled the Welcome screen.
