Go to www.ucas.co.uk if you are in the UK as they should have every degree listed and their code for application.

I think you need to narrow down your options... No website has a link to EVERY single major available. That's because different schools call it different things... At least pick a certain field you think you'd be interested in. By going to a website like www.collegeboard.com, that's all your doing... Searching by field. Take a look at some careers you think are interesting, and see what kind of degree you'd need. Go to the website below and look at the job descriptions and average salaries. Once you pick a field, then you can search collegeboard. But, I'll say this: even collegeboard doesn't list every school accurately. I found a lot more schools with my major than it said there were... My suggestion: Pick out some schools you've heard about or think you'd like. Also pick out some that are nearby. Go their websites and see what majors they offer. If you're interested, then go back to collegeboard and look at their "school profile". If still interested, schedule a visit. That was my path to college!

To add to bluedevil...
Such a list would be out of date very quickly. Universities are changing their provisions all the time. New degrees are developed, old ones are wound up. In addition some colleges acquire degree awarding status from time-to-time.
UCAS would be the body to hold this information for the UK, but what about the US, Europe (where a number of degrees are entirely in English), or India....?
