This is so confusing!
I have an offer from DataCom (pretty big company), working with a team of (initially) 6-8 as a web developer, and also some client facing.
Then I have an offer from a small firm (only 6-8 employees in total). Same role, but with fast progression to team leader and also pays $10K more than the first role.
So which one should I choose? DataCom have already made an offer. The other company hasn't offered yet, but I've had a phone interview and they sound keen to hire me.
Another problem is I've been keeping DataCom waiting for a week now and they're saying if I don't take the job they'll have to give it to someone else.
Any suggestions?

Depends on how important job security is to You, That would be My first objective.
When I was young and no commitments I would have chose the 2nd job.

Accept the Data Com job, but be prepared to turn them down again if you get the other job offer through.

ring the smaller form and ask them if they have made a decision because you have had a offer from Datacom.
If they can not make up their mind, you can always start at Datacom and if the other company rings you then you can always leave saying you did not think it was going to work.

Okey....It seems like there really desperate to hire you, is that correct? But on the other hand your like
'O great I have to choose, If i screw up now I'll never get another job again with offers like that'
Humans are full of emotions. God created you like that to experience them. So if you feel in dout with yourself, ask God to help you. You will find strengh and courage in your spirt. Do this simple procedure, say it slowly and get it through your head long enough to remember it.......

Listen to your gut feeling. All of us has one. It is trying to tell you something. Listen. Don't think. Trust in the Lord.

Well if you really loved the DataCom job you would've taken it by now.
Sounds like maybe you want to be the big fish in the small pond.
