I know the feeling well. However, if you lived in the North East of Scotland Aberdeenshire North you would have cause to complain though whilst it is sunny today we have had seven weeks almost of constant haar just thick swirling mist, rain and wind....a strange combination.

My brother came to stay for a fortnight and could not get over the crazy weather here and was glad to get back to a rainy Oxfordshire.

You go on holiday...the weather is so unpredictable you never know we could end up having a heat wave later on. Go for it lass. Loads to do where you are going so you should not let the weather put you off. You could always go hanging basket spotting in the Costwolds. The hanging baskets there are a joy to behold...lucky you. And the scenery in Tenby is amazing.

Go to Tenby get even crazier, there is a heatwave there ( in between the gales) dont go camping, the fields are under water, they will dry out, maybe this year, maybe next, maybe never! You have been warned.

Bourton on the Water is really lovely, whatever the weather. I know what you mean about this weather. Talk about SAD! We are going to France in August and the weather where we are going is exactly like it is here at the moment. Just try to not let the weather affect your holiday, enjoy your time and try to relax. Whatever the weather it could be worse, you could be at work.
