This assumes there is actually a 'point'.
Life is solely about perspective, there being as many realities as there are people to interpret their surroundings. Each person generates their own purpose for existing or not as the case may be.
There will be those who view our presence as being a random event, whilst others see it as an engineered governed one.
I personally believe that the only reason that I am here is due to the fact my father acted on his urge to procreate and impregnated my mother. If they had never met, then I would not exist - it is as simple as that, nothing more, nothing less.

There is no point. Stop and let me explain.
We are all insignificant arrangements of atoms. Nothing more. When we die, nothing we did in life matters. Except to those people who are still alive and remember us, who will also eventually die.
Anything we create while we live will ultimately be lost, destroyed or misinterpreted and that's if there is still anyone else left to misinterpret it.
Eventually, things will change to a point where it wouldn't have mattered if you or I were even here at all.
Life is a mere fluke of evolution, nothing more.
I apologise if this point of view is a little dreary, however on the other hand, it doesn't matter.
You see any feeling you have towards this text will eventually die with you, or anyone else that shares the feeling, in an insignificant end to everyones' insignificant existance.
Understand?

The point of life for some of my colleagues is to watch T.V.
and eat potato chips everyday after work until they go to bed.
The point of my life right now seems to be sitting in front of
the computer eating hot wings until I go to bed. I need a
change. Tomorrow I may go with the T.V. and potato chips
philosophy of life. They might have it figured out a little better
than I do. At least they don't have to do all this typing stuff.

You won't enjoy life if its not interesting. To be honest, that's how I felt... I hate my life because I'm not getting what I always wanted. This really hurts.. I just feel like dying..So what's the point of life?? My answer is ' just go and die.'

we are here for a limited time and there is no point unless you make one for yourself
in time we all will not even be alive and none of the things we took seriously will matter
the sun is going to devour the earth long after we are dead an none of this stuff is going to even matter
the moment experiance is as close as you get to the point of life and I think that is were activites and adventure come into play

Only if there is a God is there a point to life.
Without God all you can do is seek a meaningless feeling. You can't make your own point to life but you can con yourself into feeling something.
So seek God or seek meaningless feelings. Those are the two choices.

If your looking for some great philosophical wisdom, read those books, religions have their point of view. Check them out.
We are born, We live life, We die, What we do in between birth and death is life. About the only advice I would give anyone would to be as healthy as they can be, both physically and mentally. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"!

You'll die before you ever really figure that out :P
Sincerely, what I would tell you to do is dream one up. You will inevitably find yourself going around in circles trying to get a satisfactory answer. The reality is: Here you are, just do something about that. Find something you believe in, and believe it for yourself. Then, pass it to the future.
Follow your spirit.

Same old boring replies without answers. Yi Peng I am with you. Susie, (I'm not gonna spell your name in your strange way) I don't live, I exist. I don't serve, I rage. And I sure as hell ain't gonna die. Not how you expect anyway.
