almonds.....It's dangerous for me to buy one of those giant chocolate bars with almonds...because I'll eat it too quickly. I can easily gain 5 pounds on such a binge but lucky for me it comes right back off when I stop.

use a try using a sifter over a bowl. Place the nuts in the sifter, place the sifter over a bowl, and pour the chocolate over the nuts, while shaking the sifter. It's tiring, but if you shake enough, you'll get the results you're looking for. Or, if you have something that can shake it for you (like an uneven washing machine)

I love hazel nut.
But it is really thrill eating chocolate with mixed nuts. I will eat them really fast just to check what's nut in each chocolate.

No...sorry....Actually, I like Bridge Mix. Ever heard of it? It's lots of nuts, raisins, coconut balls, etc. etc. all dipped in creamy milk chocolate. It feels like dark creamy bliss as it coats it's creamy gooey sweetness on your tongue and melts all the way down your throat.
It's reeeeeeaallly good...***raised eyebrow***
