Is there a Bank called cromwell County Bak PLC?

Not in the UK (which is what the PLC suggests)
If you received an email from this bank, it is more than likely a scam.

I've searched for the bank in google & other internet database but cudn't find any such bank. Be careful if u r dealing with such bank.
