Hello. First off let me assure you that you MAY not have any infection at all. Most women are just built that way. I suggest you put in a lil time in front of a fan after you take a shower. Leaving the vaginal area wet is you begging for an infection. Do not wash with any feminine soaps b/c those are very high in perfumes and dyes which in turn will irritate you vagina. Do not use baby powder b/c that too have too many deodorants and you dont want to OVERDRY that area b/c that too is begging for an infection. After you take your showers open up in front of a fan or a blowdryer that has a cool air setting. You just need to keep that area from staying wet. Bacteria and infections of the vagina thrives in wet places or just by using the wrong undies or soap. Your vagina is a self cleansing animal! That is what most women dont know totday that you do MORE harm to your vagina when you use all these soaps and douches when you dont need to. A very mild or sensitive soap will easily do the job but you need to make sure you rinse off as well as you can possibly can. Stick to white cotton undies and all should be well. I really hope this helps!

Go to a doctor. You probably have some kind of infection, because healthy vagina NEVER smells! Probably warm water causes the discharge to come out, that's why you notice it after baths.

It sounds like you have an infection going on but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
