I love torturing my hubby this way ! and I have lots of devices that are rather painful.
some simple ones:
Clothespins
dog trainer collars
violet wands
chastity devices.
hot wax...
the list goes on and on !!!

Clothespins, and tying the genitals to some weights would do the job nicely.
