You need a lot of scientific and physical training unless you are going as a tourist for a short ride into space and return. Long stay like Sunita's needs a lot of conditioning before one can step into an aircraft.

i think anyone should be allowed to go not just the real smart or the wealthy celebs. Space is not owned by anyone so everyone should be allowed the experience.

The will not let anyone go to space you know. You have to know your stuff. :)
True, space isn't owned by anyone, but you can not operate a multi-million space-craft with no or so little training. :)
