So far, all forums I've seen deal only with men, women, gay, lesbian, men bi, women bi.
I've never seen a forum with the option "women seeking crossdressers" or "women seeking transvestites".
I know many crossdresser/transvestites are straight men who like genetic women and have lots of trouble finding a couple, because it seems people think all crossdressers/transvestites are gay or bi. Are there any alternative forums where they can meet genetic women?

I don't know of a Yahoo Groups Per Se. Good exterior sources would be urnotalone.com or tri-ess.org.
The little I remember of urnotalone, they ask that you fill out a profile and include a picture. "Hooking up" is part of the site and is expected to some degree unless you specificly state you're not interested. Most of the members I've seen would be interested.
Tri-Ess might be another source, but one you would have to work with. Tri-Ess' mission statement is specificly for "hetero crossdressers". Hooking up is not part of the mission statement, but I've known more then a few lonely crossdressers. Say you're there as support and help out. If you meet someone, great, if not you'll get lots of local info and have been supportive for people who need it.
I forgot about tgpersonals.com, but from what I remember the email listing is just out there so expect any addy to get hit pretty badly. My Yahoo addy seemed to hold up pretty well though. I did date several guys of various quality from those listings, so it is at least active. And it is specificly for hooking up.
Alt.com was an absolute dud for me - the guys that answered were pretty bad and even though I stated that I was only interested in guys, I still got a few very unwelcome/nothing-to-do with-my-interests messages from female-listed profiles. The feel I got from it was a pretty serious BDSM, etc fetish site.
Locally, you can try lesbian bars on the weekends. That's where many CDs/TGs hang out.
As an aside, predators that were pretty successful in the 90s are finding it increasingly harder to prey on transpeople because of various support groups, not including the many local ones. So even with the best intentions it can be a minefield if someone overreacts and labels you such, fairly or not.

I found alt.com I do not vouch for the site but there is an option for woman seeks tv in the drop down search box
