Not in our lifetime.

The whole concept is flawed in that we have to come up with hydrogen reactors the size of flashlights, neural net processors and polymetal alloys, none of which we are even close to figuring out and all of which we must have by now. Even the T1 is far ahead of our robotic capabilities.

As the day that "SkyNet" was to have taken over and blown the humans away has came and went, I think we are safe from the "Terminator".

However, most countries are not safe from threat of loss of electricity and gasoline...the lack of either or an extended period of time could bring down not only a country, but the entire world economy and those are bigger and more real and possible threats that "SkyNet" and the Terminator from the future could ever be.
