i bought a cooler yesterday which was not upto the mark and i asked shopkeeper to exchange but adamantly he denied shal i go to court ??i m very upset its pump not working and trolly wheel broke can i use it till the justice

Now come to my free advice, forget going to the consumer forum for this small reason because what you will get as compensation will take 2 to 3 years to decided & you must also have proper receipt of the good purchased by you to prove your case. Rest best way to settle this issue is by making a personal request to the shop keeper to exchange the defective part, hot headed approach will get you nothing either from the shop keeper & the consumer forum will also ask all the action you took before approaching them which you'll have to show by letter or notice you served on the shop keeper for the defective good & his reply etc.
